Honestly though, the numbers for Hatton Mayweather will be excellent.

If anything; there will be some fallout from May 5th.

And of course Hatton is not De La Hoya..

It's sad too because this fight could be a classic.

Nah mayne. Even though De La Hoya and Hatton both suck (slow white boyz that Pretty Floyd brutalizes for fun) De La Hoya has a bigger fanbase for beating cans. It's sad because Hatton at least beat Kostya though he punched him in the back of the head at least twenty times. I can't wait till Pretty Floyd knocks out this sum *****.

In terms of significance the Hatton fight is actually legit.

The De La Hoya bought was a sideshow IMO.
Agree with Addison. Right on point.

Its the bigger fight for boxing, but its not as big publicity wise as DLH v Mayweather and wont come close to the ppv buys.

Your respect for Tszyu shows that you know something about boxing. But, when you say De La Hoya was a slow white boy, I'm not sure I could agree with that! lol And, Hatton is a white boy, but he's pretty friggin fast for a white boy.

Yeah right from the beginning I knew Floyd v DLH would be a tactial, cautious fight, I really hope no one believed it will save boxing.
Here we have 2 undefeated champions from different countries who have had beef for years finally getting into the ring in a fight which I gurantee will be more exciting then Floyd v OScar.
No one can discredit a Floyd victory, Hatton is an accomplished champion on the top of his game.

I agree with this post. Hatton was way too dirty with Tszyu.

                      I don't think everyone realizes..

They're doing another 24/7 series for this one!

This is going to be pretty damn BIG.
