Manny was Ring Magazine's champ during that time, we fail to consider that. While belts still make some statement, it isn't loud enough to make promoters double his money. JMM didn't want the fight outright. That's just it.
I didn't say that wasn't fair. All I said was I heard he didn't get a fair deal. I knew nothing about the specifics of the deal.

Oh, and regardless of what the fair deal was as far as the split and exact numbers... he ended up fighting John for like ~$100,000 or something silly like that.

He's a ****ing fool for doing that. Pride for some people can be their own down fall.

Their team said it's about principles, not so much as the money. I guess to each his own, as they settled for a fight in Indo for $30K, and not 100K.

                hmmmm

the other one fight the best and beat legends...

the other one.. picked opponents and run.....

in the world of fantasy, Mayweeder has the better legacy.
but in the real world where common sense prevail... Packy > Mayweeder.

Mayweather of course. I am a Pacfan but PBF has beaten better quality fighters. Also, u can't compare the legacy now until they retire.
