very well said.. to sum it up, mab is just too cautious not to be hurt badly by pac. pac's too much for him. and it's also a natural virtue for pinoys to respect their elders.. mab is too old for a guy like pacman. i just wish mab a happy life now that he's retired..

Three difference between this two mexican legend

1.Barrera is dirty fighter one like he do in the first fight agaist Pacquiao and second fight agaist in pacquiao also ,he illegaly punch pacquiao point deduction to Barrera, this guy have to much pride.

2.Morales defeat Manny (even it was a headbut that causes manny to lose)do Barrera?

3.Barrera got the heart (i think almost of the mexican weapon is heart?)

No way Morales would have cruised through the fight. I think if MAB had have exchanged more with Pac it would have been a better thing for him.

Barrera's effort reminded me of a typical disappointing DLH performance.
I'm not a MAB hater, I just think he sold him self very short.
Are you saying that MAB fought just to survive and didn't care about winning the fight? I think he couldn't sustain his attack in the late rounds.

This fight proves that MAB took the fight just for a payday.

No way that was boxing. That's running.

          And running like a chicken.

Watch the fight dudes and you'll see MAB running nonstop. He clinched a lot when Pac got close and what he did was basically threw his jab which RARELY landed.

PAc on this fight demonstrated that he can box. Sori idiot critics. This fight proved that PAC can box and box well. He hit Mab with repeated clean shots while he himself avoided most of the shots from MAB.

ANd to think PAC was the agressor in this fight.

Ya thats right, thats what im saying Barrera keep running avoiding to get hit by the southpaw Pacquiao,if this mexican fighter is not running the fight could end in KO.

If he engaged, yes he would have looked better than he did but probably would not have won either...

I just don't think he was willing to take any risks during the fight. If he was clearly a head on the cards I could understand, but since he was behind I would have liked to see him do a little more to try and win. That's what I'm saying. He didn't go to the line.

Alls I know, Morales has the bigger heart. He went out on his shield against Manny. Morales's loss will be the one remembered as it was exciting until the end. Barrera played it safe to get his paycheck and walk away, regardless of what the fans thought. After the wild 2nd round, Morales didn't have to continue trading with Manny in the 3rd, but you know what, he did. Why? Because Morales wouldn't like to go out any other way than that. I respect Morales so much more for that, and I'm sure all his fans do.

He doesn't go into the ring thinking fight, he goes in thinking THINK!

And he demonatrated this tonight. He out thought Pac-man. He really gave Pac a clinic on controling your opponent. He put on a clinic on selling feints, He put on a clinic on taking away pacmans left by circling left. Unfortunately Barrera no long as the goods he needs to take advantage of whats hes created.

Well did he win with this great "sweet science" of his?? Did he outbox Pac? How can you call it a "master of sweet science when he was losing in all of the scorecards by a wide margin. There's a thin line between outboxing and surviving.
