That's exactly right. I'm not a hating on MAB, but he wasn't outboxing Pac and when something isn't working you have to adjust your game plan since this was such a big fight for MAB and his last.

Man you are a fool ! Barrera has given us some of the best fights you will ever see. Yet you discredit him by saying that. He doesn't need the money. He could probably wipe his ass with you whole families annual income. This guy has put it all on the line. He didn't have too fight PAC but he did. I'm pretty sure if he chose to fight someone else he would have made about the same amount. You are just a narrow minded son of a ***** he ain't happy unless someone dies in the ring. How about you put some gloves on and climb in their big boy and see what you are made of.

He doesn't go into the ring thinking fight, he goes in thinking THINK!

And he demonatrated this tonight. He out thought Pac-man. He really gave Pac a clinic on controling your opponent. He put on a clinic on selling feints, He put on a clinic on taking away pacmans left by circling left. Unfortunately Barrera no long as the goods he needs to take advantage of whats hes created.
perfect analysis, I too thought barrera, like floyd vs DLH, did an unbelievable job controlling their respective fights and frustrating their opponents. The flaw in both plans was a sense of urgency.

Morales has the tools in his arsenal to trade with Pac and have success. He has the taller frame, a great right hand, a more powerful jab. He throws straighter punches than Barrera, who's wide uppercuts and hooks will always be too slow for Pac's sharp straight punches.

              He just matches up better.

Doesnt matter, if Barrera engaged more he would eventually get TKOed in the later round

I doubt that, Pac didn't really look like hurting Barrera last night.

morales was all war. imo he hardly thinks about himself looking beaten up in every fight he had because on in his mind a war is what most fight fans wanted. no wonder why many people love him. so for me morales = war.

There both great fighters, it's just too bad there last fight ended in losses. Although I think Morales won his match against Diaz.
