I like an all out brawl as much as the next man. But its not called the SWEET SCIENCE for no reason. If you can't watch a fight and see the art of shoulder rolls, hand placement on guard, head movement, then I don't know what to tell you. Sure the masses love WARRIORS. A lot of times, warrior means you got got your ass whupped on by technically superior fighter. If you want to watch blood and guts warriors all the time, watch Gatti vs. Ward replays. I'm not mad at you. To bad Hatton is going the way of Gatti on Dec. 8th.

Pac vs. Morales is a war between elite fighters. So was Marquez vs. Vasquez. Stop using Gatti-Ward to prove your point. And please dont tell me that the DLH fight was a great display of the sweet science. That's blasphemy if I ever sw one.

O.K. I won't bring up DLH vs. PBF ever again. Because DLH was 20 pounds heavier then Mayweather entering the ring. Had a height and reach advantage. Had "more punching power". What happened? PBF won the fight 115-113. I've watched the fight maybe five times. Every time, same result. The reason? PBF is a student of the defensive art of the sweet science. And just when you think he isn't going to fire back, ****, tags you with a lead right. I don't care what you think whats blasphemy or not. God has nothing to do what happens in that ring. Joe Frazier said it best when fighting Ali..

Of course you don't mention that DLH is now old and is more of a businessman than a boxer. How convenient. Just shows your bias for Floyd.

See the funny thing to me is, most Mexicans I know couldn't STAND DLH before this fight. ****, the same dudes I know would have stomped the **** out of anybody cheering DLH when he fought JCC. But during fight against PBF, well, that **** went right out the window. The same dudes were godamn dallas cowboy cheerleaders when this fight happened. I laughed. Geez man if you think that DLH is at his prime you're mistaken. How long have you been watching boxing? Last year? FYI he had lost to Trinidad (you can check Youtube for this), Mosley twice, Hopkins and even Sturm. He has been concentrating on his boxing outfit in the recent years, which of course had tolled on his fighting abilities.

If you say that some fighters are shot at 30, why not DLH at 35? You can't have it both ways.

But the thing is, he's a major ****. Major. Not to mention arrogant and about 20 other things I could probably say about his personality.

He only cares about himself. He's too ****** to realize that if he fought more aggressively, he would make even MORE money. Gatti, made a smooth million or MORE for years upon years. And that is Gatti we are talking about. A guy like Sharmba Mitchell (who was ranked in the top 10 for years) didn't make **** in his career. He wasn't promotable.

The only thing promotable to non-boxnig fans is the fact that Floyd Mayweather is the 'p4p' champ.

Look at Sherk in the UFC. Boring. So he's not making money. If only Floyd went that extra step he would make twice as what he's making now. He would be in high demand.

Now with Pernell...At least Pernell was somewhat of a showman. He would dip down low and stick out his tongue with his hands down. Mayweather tried to do that against Baldomir but everyone instead boo'd his ass. The man really puts nothing into his punches. They are punches just to score. Which makes for extremely uneventful fights and very boring.
