abraham is not known for power punches. his most notable matched up is fighting miranda who broke his jaw. pavlik destroyed miranda and taylor. that's power punching for you. unlike abraham who feeds on pretenders

people are funny. when pavlik beat miranda everybody was saying oh but miranda is wild and easy to catch just like a middle weight Mayorga. Now that may be true, but miranda was also the guy who beat abraham but got robbed. Now people are actually thinking abraham would beat yet alone want any part of pavlik? abraham gets totally demolished by pavlik if he ever decides to fight out of germany. Taylor, Pavlik, Wright, all beat abraham quite easily in my opinion.

Heres a question i have.. Why have abraham and sturm never fought eachother? they both have belts in the same part of the world is there a reason this fight is never talked about or has never happend???

Abraham absolutely does fight in little spurts. He only throws punches for maybe 30 seconds of each round, because he knows he's at home, and that'll be enough to get the rounds. When he does throw punches, he's quite powerful, and usually overwhelms the other guy during these spurts.

I just don't see him keeping up with Pavlik's pace for more than a few rounds. I think that either Pavlik is gonna walk into something early and get knocked out or, more likely, he's going to walk down and wear out Abraham for a stoppage in the second half of the fight.

Abraham is a very good fighter. I give him a better chance than Winky because although he keeps his gloves up an falls back, he has MUCH more power. He has enough power to keep Pavlik honest.
