But in all honesty Oscar was to aggressive overxalous and counting more on his power then his speed, agility, and track record of being able to **** and use movement with bigger guys, because instead of fighing like the bigger guy with Floyd as he did, he would have profited better from fighting like the same size guy.... He should have watched more of the Judah fight and used some of those tactics and we know that Oscar's heart and stamina triumph that of Judah's!

        LMAO.

Check out this very good fight highlight that some dude made. Oscar looks good in the middle of the ring. As soon as he gets Floyd against the ropes, he goes all spastic like a ******ed child. He looks like a Toughman fighter near the ropes.

Yeah Freddie Roach had a lot to do with it but it was Oscars fault as well.. You can't just blame the trainer.
Oscar gave him way too much respect. Freddie kept telling him to use the jab though and he wasn't.. and the Jab was working for him too.

I agree the brawler mode doesn't fit Oscar. He should haved boxed more. To me the key was the jab. Floyd was far too inactive to not jab. That would have solely won him the fight. Because it helped him land the few power shots that he landed.

Floyd was too cautious with Oscar far more than with Baldomir. So a constant jab to head or body would have troubled Floyd.

Floyd was surprised by Oscar's speed. Floyd had sparred with taller/bigger guys, but Jantuah (while strong with good power) isn't as quick-handed as Oscar is.

Oscar did something that very few of Mayweather's opponents have done: land ten punches per round. That indicates to me that Oscar still had good speed.

Oscar is a boxer with a big punch, not a puncher who can box; good point, Oscar could have eeked a decision.

But he did a half and half; if he was going to brawl, he had to do it all out, but he did it in spurts only. It was a bittersweet fight, as it showed the man still has the skills, but he didn't put it together enough to get the W

it's amazing to see the highlights of the guy that actually lost the fight,
clearly making a statement and defending his WBC belt,
which i think he did and floyd did not do enough t beat the champ

The thing with Oscar is that he has switched his style too much too..
The shoulder roll thing wasn't really working for him when he was training with Mayweather Sr. though he still won fights.

Then Freddie Roach tries to turn him into Pacquiao or something.

He should have just stayed with Alcaraz or whatever his name was from back in the day.. Oscar did his best when he was with him.. Not only that but he had a better style..

Oscar does best on his toes and like the whole mayweather fight he was flat footed.
