I dont know how things can get so out of hand over a post....me im latino...but im known as a big mayweather fan.... if some people have racism as a deciding factor as to who they want to win or not win a boxing match ....good for them... thats their porogative... and although i dont support that its not against the law to be racist...see talking about it in a post dosent change anything ...and all it does is add entertainemnt... u can only discriminate against a race if u have the means...meaning if i have a neighbor whos racist what can he do to me but hate me.... that mostly eats him up inside.... now if i have a boss who's racist and he controls what goes on at the job he can actually discriminate against me.... me personally i judge boxers on my opinion of how they box...ill tell u hatton is over rated but at the same time tell u callzaghe is real good... ill tell u mayweather is great but zab judah had a boxing skill stunt growth and sucks... now dont look at it as my opinion and say well i thik zab is good thats not the point im getting at its more of i base my opinion on what i think a good boxer is...and a good boxer can be white..black...or spanish... or any other race.... i think its a waste of time to bicker back and forth over nonsense... if u feel certain people pick on black boxers or otherwise ..so be it... because in the end ull have people making racist comments about any race...and the saga will always continue......

I reiterate. Where is your proof (?), or do you expect us all to conveniently take what you say at face value? As I disagree entirely, but these are opinions that are worth nothing. White racism is documented rather well and it wasn't "5 centuries ago" since blacks were still being scrutinized 50 year ago.

It's easier for a white in OUR society to overlook race, for VERY obvious reasons. Black people need for there to be more racism than there is.

According to what study? Your mentality is like that of a true racist and your only evidence consists of generalizations and stereotypes. Again, I witness a lot more white racism, but I have no means of documenting this, so therefore it isn't tenable or verified as a fact. However, history of white racism is well documented so this is how I draw my conclusions. By way of empirical means, not generalizations based on limited views.

All of this is plain and there is plenty of research to support it. But as this isn't a scholarly forum, I'm not going to do your homework for you

If this isn't a scholarly forum, then why bother making scholarly claims? This is a cop-out as I don't mind supporting my assertions, regardless of where I am. We know though, that you made an unattributed statement, therefore it is only reasonable that I request confirmation and not biased opinions. If you cannot provide that, then I suggest you stay in your place and stfu then and just focus on boxing since this is apparently the peak of your innate wisdom.

C'mon Kayjay. You love this kind of thread. If there's one to be found on the board I'll find you in the thick of it. Not saying its bad, but admit you love the race topic. There's a few other posters who seek the racial stuff to comment on as well. Blackjesus is another. I love reading his (and yours) posts, but if I need to find him, I just look for the race thread and there he'll be.

Based on what criteria? Are you suggesting that white people are more genetically predisposed to recognize true racism than are blacks? What is to say that the racism white people observe are only in their minds? Who's to say that racism isn't an illusion according to your format?

What I mean by "studies" is any publication, survey, or document demonstrating that blacks on average are more su****ious of whites than viceversa. What you are doing is generalizing with no point of references. "blacks generally tend to think like this while us whites generally think like that". That is malarky. What happened in the past 50 years sociologically which would cause such a drastic polarization and 360 turn from white on black racism as a dominant force, to black on white? This is why I ask for some type of confirmation since extraordinary claims are cause for extraordinary evidence.

I won't use any more ad hominems against you as that was a flaw and immature on my part since you did not do that to me. However, your claims still strike me as rather peculiar to the point where I won't be surprised if someone else appealed to ad hominem attacks against your character..
