Granted he doesn't have as many unbeaten men on his record as Mayweather
Hatton will be Mayweather's toughest challenge

Hatton has two unbeaten fighters on his record (Urango and Pea**** who admittedly had one draw apeice). Mayweather has one (unless you count a couple of fights early on against guys who were making their pro debuts) which is against Diego Corrales. Better than both of Hatton's undefeated opponents, but as good as Kostya Tszyu? -
In sports a volley is when you hit the ball before it hits the ground, for example in tennis normally you would return the ball after it has bounced, if you hit it before it bounces it is a volley. It has nothing to do with hitting something back and forth, when that happens in Tennis it is called a rally.volley is one of the ******er terms you could have used.
it means to hit back in forth. tennis, soccer, ping pong
if you hit something back and forth .. thats called volleying.
hint .. volleyball.
Volley also refers to a simultaneous discharge of firearms in military terms, for example a broadside from a ship of war or a simultaneous firing of muskets.Comment

True, but I was counting guys making their professional debuts. Even though they weren't very talented, they were undefeated, lol. But I agree, Corrales (though I love and miss the hell out of him) was not the accomplishment that Tszyu was. This was before Corrales hit his peak performance level IMO, against the likes of Casamayor, Freitas, and Castillo.Hatton has two unbeaten fighters on his record (Urango and Pea**** who admittedly had one draw apeice). Tommy Pea**** was 9-0-1, so he had gone undefeated in ten fights. Not a stellar name but moreso than Edgar Ayala and Roberto Apodaca...Comment

Well obviously, but it was only a 10 rounder against a dude with only 10 fights. Not the kind of win against an undefeated fighter that one would brag about. His name is Tommy Pea****, who would brag about beating a guy named Tommy Pea****?
NO ONE thinks that the Ayala and Apodaca (who according to ESPN was not undefeated when he lost to Floyd) wins were anything to talk about.Comment

Well yes, same with Tommy Pea****... Neither Ayala nor Apodaca managed a result as professional boxers... At least Pea**** managed to muster a win and a draw among his blowout defeats after Hatton!NO ONE thinks that the Ayala and Apodaca (who according to ESPN was not undefeated when he lost to Floyd) wins were anything to talk about.
Who else did Apodaca fight before Floyd then? Not that the experience did him any good...Comment

I don't know, boxrec says it was his pro debut, but the ESPN announcers say, Apodaca has a career record of 2-1. Probably unsanctioned fights in Mexico or something like that, idk.Well yes, same with Tommy Pea****... Neither Ayala nor Apodaca managed a result as professional boxers...
