People who knowingly cause pain and suffering to another DESERVE THE WORST POSSIBLE PAYBACK and if that includes seeing your kids killed, then he should have thought about that **** before he did what he did to those dogs. If that happened to his kids and one of them lived, I'd visit the hospital to congratulate him on his wonderful luck.

Karma. You sow pain and suffering? Then you ****ing damn well better be prepared to reap it. **** him.
I do not have a Buddhist viewpoint on this.

I believe that we are supposed to respect and care for animals. HOWEVER, I believe that Humans are the highest creatures on earth, and God gave us dominion over all things.

So, IN AN APPROPRIATE WAY, we can kill, eat, and work the animals on this earth.

I do not equate torturing and kiling animals with torturing and killing humans.

I've heard the same. Vick was into dogfighting from way back, it wasn't some little hobby for him and his friends. It wasn't like they met up for chess in the park every saturday afternoon. Takes lots of time to raise and train a pit champ.

But all this is hearsay since Vick copped the plea...basically, we'll never know the details under oath.

Pit fighting is way more organized than what yall think. Like boxing you can buy books on the history of these bull dogs who also have the equivalent of a hall fame and legendary pit fighters whos lines are still being bred and fought underground today. Not that I condone dog fighting but I like the history of what made the pit such a perfect physical example of the k-9 species. When organized pit bull fights were fought, they had a weigh in just like boxing and rehydrate just like boxers. The gamest of the breeds were held in high esteem win or lose, unfortunaltely the quiters were usually culled, so that they could not be bred again. Alot of game bred pits usually look less like pit bulls than the types you see walking the streets, alot of em you would never really think they were pit bulls because they were bred for functionality rather than asthetics. I don't condone dog fighting and cannot stomach seeing any of my pets hurt but I own two gamebred pit bulls who are the best dogs I have ever owned. These dogs are just super around people and are so strong and quick its amazing. The drawback is that I can never have them around other dogs due to their breeding.

But he SHOULD GODDAM WELL BE PUNISHED. The man was responsible for the deaths of dozens if not hundreds of innocent animals whose only crimes were that they simply did what they were trained to do. All for the entertainment and amusement of a gaggle of thugs.

And NOT ONLY should he be punished for killing the poor animals, he should be punished equally for training the dogs to be killing (and by extension dying) machines in the first place.

He trained the animals to kill, then killed the ones that did not.

That makes him less than ****, my friend. And I for one hope that he lives a long, long life with a painful cancer. I hope he sees his entire family die. Does he have kids? If he does, he deserves to see them get hit by a truck and dragged for a mile. **** MICHAEL VICK!
Torino, I basically agree with your statements up to the broken line. But your statements below it are just way off base and morally wrong; you talk about how innocent creatures being killed is wrong and then you talk about how his innocent kids should be killed?...

That's just totally hypocritical of you and negates anything you said earlier. Torino, do us a favor and stick to the boxing talk....

As I mentioned, I have an AmStaff. My dog is about 85 lbs of rock. All muscle and teeth. For you guys from Texas, he is out of the Tonkawa line.

And I could leave him alone with my three year old nephew all day. Little kids try to ride him like a pony. They can stick their hand in his mouth. I was on the road for a year. And he slept on/by the bed with my girl.

But when I kennel him, they have to keep him away from other dogs. He is an intact, alpha male.

But with people?? ALL GOOD!! A big baby.

I appreciate your opinion, Boston. I've given you positive K on many occasions, and will undoubtedly continue to do so. I can easily see how my remarks could be considered extreme.

My point in that post was simply this (and I've said it before): Anyone who kills an innocent, feeling creature, (and not just kills, mind you, takes part in the brutalization and torture (after all, what would you call it?) of the animals all for the sake of MONEY and ENTERTAINMENT) deserves to have that very suffering inflicted upon them! Period!

My comments, while extreme, and perhaps graphic, are exactly how I feel, nonetheless. And I WILL NOT censor myself for you or anyone else if no one else has to. You want me to stick to boxing talk? Fine. Don't create threads that are related to issues other than boxing. But if the subject of the brutalization of innocent creatures comes up, and other people post their opinions, I goddam sure will as well.

Bottom line, we all deserve to reap exactly what we sow in this life. If you are a good person and do good deeds and have a gentle, or kind spirit, then may you recieve peace and love and gentleness in return. But if you sow pain...****ing god help you.

And I know life's not fair and good things happen to bad people and vice versa, I know this. And this is why justice, truly deserved justice is so sweet.
