Is Hatton the Best Fighter Mayweather Has Ever Faced?

Gatti and Ward??? Are you serious?? C'mon man they got famous for that, but those guys would have been a walk in the park for Ricky Hatton.

Oscar is BY FAR the best Floyd has faced. After that I think Hatton takes it, prime Castillo was never quite as good as Ricky is, and certainly not Corrales, he's not even close. Judah maybe because he's a tough matchup for Floyd, but overall he's no better than Hatton.

I think Castillo is slightly better than Hatton. He dominated a string of top opposition at 135 while Hatton has basically lived off his win over Tszyu. Hatton has struggled with guys like Urango, Maussa, and Collazo while Castillo was beating guys like Julio Diaz, Juan Lazcano, Joel Casamayor, and Chico Corrales in succession...

I think those two are better than Hatton, in fact I'm sure. If you've seen all Hatton's scraps you can argue otherwise, I have. The guy is so average.

I think Hatton could be one of the best fighters Mayweather has met so far..I aint taking anything away from the other guys Castillo Juda and so on..I have seen all Of Hattons fights also, And its the way he deals with fighters that gives him the edge...If there is a kink in Mayweathers armer, Then Hatton will train with that in mind, and he will train to make it one punishing kink which will feel like a dent to Mayweather....You must remember Hatton is not ****** at all he knows what Mayweather is about like he knew what Castillo and Kosta was about also..Watch the Castillo fight again and you will see what his doing...That punch he dropped Castillo with was ****ing A class, you wont see it any better than that. Hatton always has a game plan and he always sticks to it. And wins. Will he be the best fighter Mayweather has fought...He could well be

Here's why Gatti was better than Hatton - he was quicker, he was more ring smart, he had a better resume and he scrapped anyone and everyone.

Here's why Hatton isn't as good as Gatti was - he's dodged everyone, he's fought three good fighters and struggled, two who were shot. He's a hugger, he has a questionable chin and he's slow. He's been troubled in his last three fights against average boxers and he's heading for a fall.

As for the Mayweather argument, that's you putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5.
