And just cause Donaire knocked out that overrated of Darchinyan doesnt mean hes legit. That looked more like a lucky punch to me.

Tru to dat. Even before VD was ready to throw his punch, Nonity already countered him with the left hook when he KO'ed VD. That is not a lucky punch.

            It was calculated and sweet.

I believed the first knockdown of Bautista was back in december 2005 when they show him fight in Telefetura. Don't know how strong is the punch of his opponent, but he got up quickly, not dizzy or anything but ready to go. In his 2nd knockdown(courtesy of Medina), Boom2x was on the ropes, but when the ref step in you see him boobing and weeving to avoid punches. I believed he was hurt and would have gone down if he wasn't on the ropes. But he would also got up and beat the 8 count.

From watching his fight against Bonilla and Medina, even though he has boxing skills, likes to go toe to toe. He was getting hit a lot by those 2 opponents, espcially by Medina. If Boom2x use his boxing skills instead of slugging it out, then he can win by UD. If he brawls, it will be a win by PDL, a referre stoppage.

We only got two good fighters in De Leon and Gonzalez, these "next pacquiao's" are all fighting these bums, its ****ing hilarious.

And you obviously say you dont give a **** cause obviously you realize that the phillipines aint going nowhere with these ****ing prospect bums.

By the way, how is Gonzalez's fault his name is Jhonny? His MOTHER name him like that probrably cause she just wanted different, and hes not the only one, i've seen other guys with their name spelled like that.

                Anyways, continue crying

And who's Bert Batawang and Michael Domingo?

I'm not surprised you don't know Eric Ortiz coz you're just a bandwagoner. A former Mexican Champion shouldn't be missed by any True Mexican fan.
I hope you tell De-Leon and Gonzales that they are D-fighters to their face. I definitely wanna see your @ss get kicked...oh wait you don't have any balls to do that. Gonzales is A fighting a former A...and both Boom Boom and Deleon are B's. Nuff said.

I think its a pickem fight, but if i have to choose i'll go with DeLeon. Rey's too green and with his chin, Deleon is bound to land something.

this world cup is really just a bunch of B-c level compition aginst some young upandcoming prospects.

                  Prospect/B-C level comp.
                  Bautista/Deleon
                  Jhonny/Penalosa
                  Z-gorres/Ortiz
                  Roman/Domingo

How can so many people pick Boom Boom by KO/TKO when De Leon has never been put on the canvas and he's fought fighters with more pop than Bautista?

I'm picking PDL by KO/TKO. This guy hits hard and Boom-Boom is going to get exactly that, boom-boomed. He's also the smaller man, having fought at 115 and 118 most of his career.

You are the only guy I have heard, say that boom boom was bobbing and weaving as the ref stepped in to give the 8 count. I thought I was going nuts or senile for a while. Boom Boom was nowhere near KO'd as some people state. Granted, if Ponce lands the bomb, it will probably be over but he is as slow as Mollases.
