Daniel Ponce De Leon vs. Rey Bautista. Let's hear it.

I've heard both sides of the fence and except for here, most fans on boxing sites I read are choosing De Leon... The couple of handicappers I've read are choosing Bautista though.

Who's going to take this and why?

Ponce de leon looked average against penalosa, all he's got is power. I'm going with bautista by decision.

bautista hits hard, but not as hard as de leon. and de leon is much much more aggressive and vicious. on top of that, de leon has a pretty sturdy chin, bautista's chin isn't that great.

          de leon by mid-round TKO.

Bautista is very young but is dead game. The only thing that worries me about Bautista is that he may be too green. They got a couple of really young Pinoys in the world cup. AJ Banal is like 18 isnt he? They also have the oldest fighter in Penalosa. At least they all getting their time in the spotlight finally. Cross your fingers cousins cos I think Mexico is loosing this one.

Bautista didn't show much in the department of boxing skills against Juan Manuel Medina on the undercard of De La Hoya-Mayweather. If Ponce De Leon is mroe powerful than that means that Bautista is probably ****ed. I haven't seen Ponce De Leon, but if what you all say is true, than that gives the edge to Bautista in my opinion.

Yeah but Mexico has a last minute replacement and a guy that got Knocked out in 1 round by Viloria.
