If you have two fighters from the same country as yourself and they are on the undercard, you have'nt heard of them before, ones white ones black, who do you root for?, will race come into then, in the past I have rooted for Foreign black fighters over white English fighters before, I am white by the way, so yes sometimes it does come into it and some times it does'nt, there are some in England who don't like Khan becasue he's Asian and with 9/11 and 7/7 still fresh in the mind some scumbags class all asians resposable, and there are many many coloured people or black is the new word are very racist, Stan collymore a former black football (soccer) player states that black people can't be racist as they are black this is a common misconception
you don't have to be white to be racist but it does help.

If fighters are held accountable for their behavior and trying not to offend people then so should the fans.


Yea you can be proud of your heritage but not humiliate other fans and fighters of other heritages. Be respectful like Manny Pacquiao and Erik Morales. Hatton fans and Vargas can be extreme.

Yeah, I'd be worried about my my cash- but I'd be just as su****ious if a shady looking white guy came up to me in that hood or a shady looking black guy. Point is...I know the socioeconomic status of the area is poor and, chances are, I could become a victim. The "******" is mostly black due to social inequalities so chances are if I was watching those around me with su****ion it would be leveled on blacks - but honestly I would be worried about any guy approaching me at that point - black, white, asian or latino.

I'd also probably be worried if I was walking around in a really poor trailer park and some redneck trailer trash guys with mullets were eying me as I walked around. I get su****ious based on things other than race- I get put on edge by the chances of something happening. I don't care what race you are..if I'm in certain low income areas I may be a bit worried about being robbed.

Poor Asians will give you the shirt off their back or a bowl of rice...mayhap interest to take your money in a game of Mah-jiang. Boricua's dont really take the time to mess with ya.
