That as well as the fact that it's a Mexican's sig.

Pa Ha and I bought custom sigs for all the NSB-only posters back when points were in abundance and that option was still in the store. I bought them for the Floyd fans, Pa Ha the Margarito fans. Part of the joke is that these guys often don't know how to change them. I think cortdawg still wears one of the titles I bought him, maybe someone else in the Floyd crew as well.

It's a funny gag that's why I brought attention to it; make the user self conscious...

Lets not confuse racism with national pride. All sports have fans who support the athlete, team of their nationality, go to the olympics or the world cup, does everyone support brazil or argentina cos they're the best footballing sides, no.
I'm a white bloke from the uk, my favourite fighter is gatti, but if a british fighter goes overseas to fight walking in the ring with our flag then ****ing right i'm gonna get behind him, and with great pride, doesn't make me racist.

On the other hand if a black british fighter goes overseas and i started cheering for his opponent cos he was a white guy, then that is racist.

Bull****, there is no significant difference between aligning yourself with someone because he's British and aligning yourself with someone because he's white. Don't give race a special status. To do so is RACISM. That's the funny thing about racism, the racists are all the people convinced they're not racist, for the most part.

Yeah Im white and always root for the white guy if there is one in the fight. If it two whites guys or two non-whites I just root for my fav at that point. And I'm not ashamed one bit about it!

When I watch a fight I want the fighter I prefer to win. I don't care if he's white, black, mexican, asian....whatever. I just want the fighter I prefer to win. **** anyone who disagrees.

I don't even think about race for one minute...

The only thing "racial" I think is something like "damn look at Valuev.... do all Russians look like that....?" ^_^

It is all just jokes in good fun.

Have to disagree with you there. I think there is a significant difference.
Just to be clear on the subject, all things being equal and unless the brit fighter is a reall prick, if a brit takes on a yank i'll be rooting for the brit, not because i hate yanks, i'm just pro british cos the more success we have in boxing the more interest it will generate over here, more media coverage etc, it has something personally beneficial to offer me as a fan.
Now if i was to oppose a british fighter overseas specifically on the grounds of him being a black british fighter against a white american fighter, then i'm making the choice there to deliberately go against who i'd normally support purely on the grounds of skin colour.
I'm not giving race special status, i'm making the distinction on one hand of being PRO british, and in the other example ANTI black, cos i wouldn't be supporting the yank to win to be pro yank, i'd just be wanting the black guy to lose.
Kinda comparable to going to watch england footie team play and then booing our own english black players.
