    Don't let perception fool you.
Look, if you think that I am trying to say that Hop is lke Gatti, you are off the mark.

You are the one who stated that PBF got hit more in those four fights than Hopkins in his entire career, and that is *false* as this, and other fights, prove.

      3) "alternating rythm" i would not call "offense" by any means

      4) Oscar threw more lead jabs than Floyd's lead anything. In fact Oscar was throwing more through the whole fight. (Of course, we both noticed he didnt land much)

and finally Hopkins and Toney's is not Pep or Locche's either. they mount a consistent offense, moreso than Mayweather. Especially before they reached retirement age.
Gosh.. It sounds like you think De La Hoya won the fight..

Is that who I'm arguing with right now?

      A revisionist?

        Hit, as in HIT.

Would you like me to add the word FLUSH?

        Will that make you happy?

"Mayweather was hit flush more times in those 4 fights than Hopkins in his entire career."

        There.

No don't bull**** me.. I'm objective about the fighters and the fights.

are you being serious? what part of what I typed makes you think that I thought Oscar won the fight? Floyd fought most of the fight on the defensive, he was not running like many idiots claim, but sure as hell he was not on the offensive like he was against Judah.

Throwing punches is certainly agression, but missing them doesnt make it effective at all.

I still disagree even with "flush" (I gathered you meant that from the beginning)

Now either we meet with a keg of beer and watch all of Hop and PBF's fights (something I will have time for around Christmas... I had other plans for, and I am pretty sure the same goes for you) and count the damn punches. Or we wil have to just happily disagree.

Floyd has the best defense followed by B-Hop

I find your interpretation of the Mayweather vs. De La Hoya fight to be quite different than mine.. But that's to be expected.

You're losing me a little bit here..

I would enjoy the beer, WM.

But I'll settle for happily disagreeing for now.

                  Cheers.

there's no doubt is between winky and floyd, floyd is very slick but is open for shots, winky has a tight defense and will pressure won't run....
