Have You even watched that fight???? cause it sure sounds like once again you talking out of your ass... Not a single Brewster Punch actually knocked Wlad down.. Not a single one of them.. He Umm trips over the ref at the end of THE round and thats the ONLY time he went down...

You should watch the fights before You comment.. Its so aparent You have NOT watched much boxing in your life.. and that have been a Fan for around 2-4 years Tops.. and Dont know jack **** about it's history or the fundementals..

People like to diss him, but this guy is for real, he's no bum. He lost a close fight to PWill and had he started a little sooner may have scored a draw or the win. He’s good for boxing too, he’s recently fought three relatively, young undefeated fighters(P Will, Cintron, Hercules) and two guys with just one loss. Floyd hasn’t fought another young, undefeated fighter in 7 years. So why hate on a guy, who’s fighting real competition, guys that can provide real challenges? 147 is boxing’s deepest division at the moment and Margo is in the top 10, if not top 5. He could have avoided PWill for a much bigger fight with Cotto, when was the last time a champion did that? So you gotta give him his props.
he's no bum.. but he isnt great either.. you wanna know why there is hate?? becuz he cant accept his loss to williams.. becuz he makes claims such as he's the most avoided man in boxing which is obviously false.. he has ducked people and the only reason he fought williams was becuz he was the mandatory and he didnt wanna recieve a fine and or lose his belt, he didnt wanna fight williams.. so i not giving him props on in that regards.. as a boxer he's slightly above average.. he has a good chin and good work rate.. but he is hella slow and a good technical boxer would easily be able to pick him apart.. so i have floyd, cotto, mosley, williams, judah, oscar if he moves down, ahead of margarito..

You just can’t group him in with SRL, Hearns, Hagler, Duran and Pea yet. The simple reason is that he has not fought other top, young fighters (Chico being the only exception). Floyd’s resume right now is weak compared to the all time greats. He has some good fighters on it Zab, Castillo, Chico and a formerly great fighter, Oscar, but that list is not in the league with the greats. He has not fought another young, undefeated fighter in 7 years. However, he has an opportunity now to change all that. His resume would improve greatly if he were to give Hatton, Cotto and/or P Will their first losses. And there’s still Cintron, Shane and Margo there to be had as well. But right now, beating guys like Zab, Gatti and Baldy might make you #1 P4P, but it doesn’t make you an all time great.
i think winning a belt in 5 different divisions makes u an all time great.

Being The UNDISPUTED CHAMP in 5 Divisions makes your GREAT.. owning a fragmented belt in 5 divisions makes you merely OK.. especially if 1 of thos ebelts was against an in hindsight ..SHOT fighter WHo was AWARDED the belt out of the ring.... the next one was against a guy who had no business being there.. and had only ever beat.. previously mentioned shot fighter.. and a mental case... And would have lost his next fight regardelss of who it was against.. And finally against a guy who was far past his best..

Its not just the belts.. But WHO you beat to get the belts.. The belts are NOT really worth anything these days..

did he clean UP 5 divisions?? No Sir he didn't... top 20 of time ??? sure.. top 10 of all time ??? Nope...

I agree with you Guru on number 2. Magarito would be a tough fight for anybody at 147. I just have a problem with Margarito backers saying he won the fight with Williams.
