Dead on!! Sometime its seem that US looks at sport as Hollywood. When US teams in NBA or NHL wins they are World Champions, but hell they loose out to outer countries nearly every time they been in the Olympics. If a fight between the 2 best undefeated fighters in the same class isn't a super fight what is?. Just because McDonald's sells allot of burgers, surely it don't mean it taste the best, just because a Hollywood productions picture, which original was a Danish, German, French, Chinese movie sells more tickets, surely it doesn't mean the picture its automatically is better than the original. If Americans don't know about these two fighters, maybe they simply not are into boxing in generally. Maybe thats why there nearly never are any present at ringside before the main event?. Do you guys know about Quality before quantity? (I have nothing against Americans in generally - believe me - US is big, but the world is much bigger - Peace)

Well, this isnt a fight where a the casual fan is interested in then. But it is a superfight as regard to great unbeaten boxers are going head to head with who is actually going to win is undecided.

If this fight was PPV how many of you would buy it? honestly.

I hope $in does that poll, the results would be interesting, you lot call it a superfight, but would you shell out the $54.99 to watch it?

        I wouldnt.

Calzaghe is a protected fighter who has over 40 fights and 20 title defenses, yet has faced only one current world champion in his career. Many people have him P4P, even though he has one of the worst resumes of any current world champion.

Kessler holds two titles, but really has no big names on his resume. Seems like a solid fighter, but it's clear Calzaghe will be the toughest test of his career by far.

          Is this really a superfight?
Well If you consider the USA and it's 4% of the World's Population to be the WHOLE world..

          Then No I 'spose this isn't a SUPER-FIGHT...

However Boxing is a Fringe sport in the USA.. Obviously if its TOP talent can barely get a Live gate 10000 on his own.. Where in Europe in less than a week a Fight can sell 35000 and the place is still only half full.. That is Called mainstream... and makes IT a super FIGHT... even if you Floyd **** sucking fools Dont like it..

OH and ANY Unification Fight is a super fight as well.. Another Thing Your precious gay ass licking Floyd never attempts..

this is a superfight. anyone who thinks they know anything about boxing has had this as a must happen fight. lets think about it

they are the two best fighters in the division, they hold the belts, they have 80 odd wins and no losses, they are both in good form and there has already been 35000 tickets sold.

                superfight imo.

Anyone who thinks this is not a superfight is simply not an informed fight fan.

                  That simple.

It was the biggest hyped fight in boxing PPV history, but superfight? LOL, I've seen better fights this year alone.

a super fight before the fight and after is always the case.

dlh vs mayweather was a super fight before the fight, yet after watching it, i didnt feel so.

i think this is a superfight because of an old dominant champion, who holds the wbo and had the ibf, vs the likely new dominant champion (wbc and wba titles) of the world in that weight class are meeting.
