You guys couldnt be more wrong. Winky was offered his biggest pay day to date to fight Margarito. he turned it down and said he wanted Floyd's 8mil. Williams mentioned Margarito for the 1st time I've ever heard, last summer right after his fight with Mathysse. That moved Williams to #1. Margarito was already in negotiations with Joshua Clottey who was #5 or 6. The Clottey fight came off in December. It was nearly cancelled because Tony twisted his ankle. Tony wins a tough fight.

Then negotiations went on for the Cotto fight. The WBO was going to strip Tony if he didnt fight his mandatory. Tony beleived his title was worth keeping despite his promoter's wishes for the Cotto fight. Tony signs the fight with Williams and gets sued by his promoter. Tony and Arum squash their beef. Somehow you idiots call this ducking... Mayweather ducked Tony, get over it.

You guys (especially all 4 of you Margarito fans) are getting way to hyped for this fight. Have fun with your fantasy that Margarito is a beast because no matter how he does this weekend he's still gonna be no better than the 4th best Welterweight. If he beats Williams, which even I think he will (lord knows he should), you guys better enjoy EVERY minute of it until his fight with Cotto cuz its gonna be a massacre when Cotto gets in with him.
