I'm hearing you guys... the Zoo fight was dirty... Maussa wasn't a great performance (though any Maussa fight is comedy gold, right?)... Collazo was controversial... and the last was just plain crap.

Yeah, I can hear that. I just wonder why so much hate from some quarters. You know, it seems to go beyond "that was a **** fight" and into outright hate. Cotto had a couple of crappy fights before Judah but didn't get the abuse.

        I can't stand Hatton's big mouth...

Is 5'6 180 lbs. considered fit in the UK?

Thats not the case with Lacy.I give Lacy no excuses he just got his ass kicked, and is still traumatized as I look at his fights after that. Lacy was not boxing's Saviour,or America's at that.

I think the reasons why alot of Americans dont really like his are reasonable,he came to America to prove himself as an Elite and its not working in his favor.

There is nothing to like about a guy who claims Tszyu was p4p #1 to make his win look better. There is nothing to like about a guy who turns Mayweather down THREE TIMES, then claims Mayweather won't fight him. Do the math. Hatton is quickly becoming the stereotypical British fighter who never fights the guys he should and that is upsetting because we all were fooled into thinking he wasn't going to end up like Calzaghe or Eubank or Hamed. We wanted him to be more like Lennox, and he's not. Although fighting Castillo is getting on the right track.

I just can't respect a guy that wants to fight Mayweather 2 years after he should have now that Mayweather is 154 and Hatton is 140.

we dislike him [i dont hate him] cuz he fights uber-dirty, talks alot of ****, and is part of the UK Hype machine. Although to his credit, hes got balls and fights here.

Couldn't have said it any better myself. The only thing I respect him for is fighting the US...

I'm hearing ya. It's just that there seems to be a polemic on here with a lot of boxers, and there seems to be a wide difference between "that was a ****ty fight, this guy's a little dull, when's the next boxing on?" and "I hate this guy, he sux, bum, LMAO, pwn!"
