Again you're making stuff up. Proove that Mosely wanted the fight. he SPECIFICALLY ducked Floyd when offered the fight before the Oscar fight.

But it seems like people are just going to ignore that.

Has Floyd Mayweather ever defeated anyone rated at the time in the top 5 p4p?
Chico was ranked #5 on the p4p list in The Ring when Floyd beat him.

Check the issue for the awards for 2000, with Felix Trinidad winning "Fighter of the Year", and on the cover.

Was Chico that high? I thought he was like 9th or 10th. Still a P4P fighter, though...

I can't believe Chico was ever that high. With all due respect, it's clear that ranking was a mistake.

Rankings can be suspect. How can you not give PBF credit for his wins over Chico Corales, Jose Luis Castillo, Chicanito Hernandez, Angel Manfredy, Jesus Chavez, Famoso Hernandez and DLH.

Name any fighter better than Hernandez and Chico at 130 that Floyd didn't fight. Name any fighter better than Castillo at 135. He fought the "elite" in those divisions and he fought the best at 147 (the undisputed champ and the previous undisputed champ). You can't blame him for there not being any "elite" fighters in his era. Let me guess James Kirkland should be considered elite? Maybe Andre Berto? Since according to you they both would beat PBF right now.
