I think everyone on this board knows Floyd will fight again. He's learned from fighters before him like Sugar Ray Leonard, De La Hoya, Trinidad and others that when you "retire" your comeback fight or fights are that much bigger. He'll wait and let the best WW's fight each other (Mosley, Cotto, Margarito, Williams, etc.) and fight the one to emerge from that group. It saves time and makes him more money because at the end of the day he'll get to fight the best of all those and the biggest name assuming all those guys make good fights with each other.

He already tried to make fights with Cotto, Hatton and Mosley so let's be fair and stop saying he is ducking anyone.

You guys are awfully emotional, Floyd's resume is better than Cotto's at this stage in their careers you'd have to be biased to not admit that. Cotto's best win to date is Zab Judah. I like both cotto and Mayweather, the facts are that Cotto will have to beat a Mosley, Margarito or Williams before he gets a Mayweather fight. As a Cotto fan i wouldn't be worried about a "retired" Mayweather instead of the other top weterweights.
