Mosely hype increased dramatic when he TKO and KOEd the drained shot Vargas.

as for the Callzo he injuried his hand in the fight

but i not taking away Mosely's win but for a boxer if you have the money retire because then you will be hurting yourself that goes for Mosely and other fighters too.

beiging health is the 1st priorty of every fighter some fighters end up talking weird example is Roger Mayweather and James Toney that you could tell he been puinshed in his career even though they had great chin and defense through there career

I mean Im not posting cause I have some agenda on supporting or degrading certain boxers just interested in discussing boxing. Sure Im no PBF fan but I think hes a very good fighter 1 of an elite few in the more recent era. If the De La Hoya fight didnt show you the guy can be beat you should maybe watch it again or take a reality check. Oh yeah and I scored the fight for Floyd by two rounds dip**** but I would have been fine with a draw cause DLH pushed the action in 80% of the rounds even some of the ones he lost.
Look you ignorant piece of ****, I didn't say **** to you. You gave your opinion and I gave mine. So why do you feel the need to come at me with that bull****? I think that pretty much proves that you and the rest of the haters are getting pretty desparate in looking for the next guy that can beat Floyd when you're suggesting a faded Mosley can do it. I point out significant flaws about Mosley and what is your response? A personal attack on me with no facts or insight about the possible fight. Typical.

mosley i don't think will end up being a fighter that sticks around longer than he should. his wife seems to play the key role in his decision-making which is honestly probably a good thing. you can jock him all you want about how his wife calls the shots and whatever bull****- but if he really ever looks like he truly doesn't belong in the ring anymore then that will be it. i don't think his inability to knock people out over the last few years means he is shot. i think that he won some fights where we didn't really see the same comfortable pre-wright/forrest shane, and a lot of people held it against him. but he won the fights albeit a bit of a struggle- then he got in there with vargas and finally tasted 2 KO victories for the first time in awhile.
my point being- i think his wins over vargas did a lot for his confidence, and when he fought luis collazo he made him look bad. no knockout but he dominated and collazo was the most dangerous fight he could have taken. a bunch of people on this board were calling for the end of shane at the hands of collazo. but he looked really good, loose, and like his old self.
i think shane's career is about to feel a 2nd wind, i'd love to see him fight mayweather because it would be an exciting fight full of speed and flash. some people say the style matchup is horrible but i think it looks awesome. mosley's defense isn't very good but his speed and offensive flash matched against mayweathers pinpoint perfection should make a few very interesting exchanges. i think mayweather realistically would beat shane pretty handedly- but the fight would be exciting to me. fast and full of razor sharp offense- probably a lot more from mayweather but shane could make an impressive showing for himself in my opinion.
if floyd and shane don't fight- then i see shane racking up a bunch of entertaining yet insignificant wins and once again becoming a popular p4p fighter and fan favorite before he retires.
but i hope they find each other in the ring.

Cintron was probably going to the most dangerous fight for Mosely tall long and have similar style to HW Wlad

Cintron improve quit alot when ES took control of his training

there is no way mosley can be PBF, no possible way. Defense is a Mosley weakness that Floyd would exploit viciously all night long. Once you start hitting mosley he breaks apart mentally. It would take about round 5 to get to this point, Mosley would win 3 of the first 5 rounds maybe and then Floyd would sweep the rest of the fight, give or take a round. judah was fast and strong too and look what happened. i'm a big mosley fan but he'd only win 4 rounds at best

It doesnt matter because he will never fight him. He was on Friday night fights and Bria Kenny asked him about the other young elite competition he made an excuse why he wouldn't fight any of them. He says Shane is a sparring partner, it sounds to me likehe just doesn't want to fight him. He's more worried about money than his legacy. There is moey to be made against those other fighters. He wont ever make as much money again as he did fighting Oscar. I don't think he will fight again unless it is Oscar, and quite honestly I dont want to see that again. I wont pay $55 to see another marathon. The only reason I did was because Oscar was featured.

Did you miss the memo? Floyd challenged Mosley and Mosley didn't want to fight last November. I know a hater like yourself wouldn't give Mayweather credit when he dismantles Mosley...

well cintron was mosley's original opponent but he was the one that backed out (injury i think?) collazo came in after that and a lot of people considered the game southpaw fighter to be more dangerous for mosley- who has had his issues with southpaws. whether cintron or collazo was or is a more dangerous fighter isn't really here nor there. i think mosley would have won either fight with the shape he was in.
i don't really believe in my heart that mosley can beat floyd, but i'm just saying that i really want to see this fight happen. whether you're a floyd or shane fanboy i would think you would want to see this fight. it's just another big fight waiting to happen and boxing needs these right now more than ever.

Other than LOSING to an overhyped Ricky Hatton, I'm curious as to what Collazo has accomplished.

Why are we giving Shane much credit for a UD over that guy?

The only person who has gained more from a loss than Collazo is Paulie Malignaggi.

Shane doesn't really believe it in his heart either. That is probably why Jack Mosley kept Shane away from PBF.

Floyd was willing to come UP from 130 to fight Shane. Which is saying alot because Shane was a HUGE, hard-hitting lightweight.

Another question: OTHER THAN OSCAR DELAHOYA, WHO HAS SHANE MOSLEY EVER BEATEN?? WHO IS SHANE'S BEST WIN?
