being arrogant has nothing to do with ability though, i just signed up a few days ago and while reading through a few threads the impression i get is most guys from america have only seen kessler fight maybe 3 times. he's been on u.k tele at least 10-15 times and looked ordinary against scrubs. i wouldn't say im a huge fan of calzaghe infact i hated him for a while after he schooled eubank but ive got to say honestly that to me he looks head and shoulders above anyone from 160-175.

Not every fight is going to be a barn burner or blowout for anyone. There are fights where Calzaghe hasnt exactly looked stellar. Some guys just fight to the level of their competition. Anyway, it will all be settled eventually as its gotten to the point that niether man could afford not to face the other at this point without raising serious doubt about their commitment to take on the best.

As to the # of times one sees a fighter, thats all upto their commitment. Kessler has only had 1 full fight on American TV (as far as I know), but alot of people who put any type of commitment into these boards usually have access to tapes or know how to get access to them.

As far as my comment about Calzaghe's arrogance and it being a reason I don't care for him, its a perfectly valid reason not to like a guy. I am sure that is what turns alot of people off to the Judahs & Mayweathers (just 2 examples) of the world. There are people who dont like fighters for much more petty reasons.

im not saying your being petty at all mate, and i agree calzaghe has loked average in fights especialy against rob reid who deserved at least a draw in his fight with joe.

hey man dont worry about it, i wont be posting again on this board, i wonder how many other new members the ass clown has cost the board with his trying to look the big man, admin and mods should be doing a whole lot better keeping ****s like him off the board. its a shame too because untill i met that ass clown i actualy thought the board was quite good.

I will say this board it an acquired taste. There is alot of bias, and extreme statements. I had to get used to threads being started with a single statement. Like "Such & Such is garbage" or "Such & Such is a great fight" or "Who do you think won _________ v __________" where nothing else was said just a statement like that.

Believe it or not I am not dogging how you started your thread as it atleast stated a complete point that "alot of people who like Kessler like him because they dislike Calzaghe." I wish you hadnt just put it on "Americans" and the statement was somewhat condicending, which is another turnoff (probably what drug the trolls out to begin with).

Anyway stick around and just go through things with your natural filter, you'll find out who on here makes valid points worth reading into (whether you agree or not) and who is just here to talk **** so that you can just scan over their posts on the off chance they typed something worth reading.
