I know alot of yanks have that viewpoint, don't worry though most will forget who Kessler is If Calzaghe ever gets to fight him

No I like Kessler because he's an exciting opponent for numerous guys. Calzaghe would slap the **** out of Kessler, but still I'm glad to see Kessler will be a regular onn American TV. I wouldn't mind seeing him fight: Taylor, Pavilk, Dawson, etc. All this in the future, he's young.

Not sure that many people in the US even know who Kessler is.

I actually liked and defended Joe for a long time, until I heard a post fight interview with him, and he came off as very arrogant. it was a major turnoff. He is much different from the more humble English superstar Ricky Hatton.

Anyway as far as your assertion goes, I think that applies to alot of people who dislike Calzaghe, they gravitate toward his closest competition. Of course their styles are also different so it is possible that some just prefer the Kessler clean power style to the speedier but rougher style of Calzaghe.

People only support Kessler because he is the only true contender at super middleweight and Joke should be fighting him...
