    Thats NOT a good thing.
first off, PBF won his 140 belt from Gatti when there was obviously toughen competition there. and his 147 belt from Baldy when he had tougher competition there as well and he only gave up his 154 belt b/c " there was tougher competion there in 154 for him... si this 5 divisions **** is sugar coating it doesn't mean ****.

Replace gatti with Kosta, Cotto or Hatton and Baldy with margarito, cotto, Williams or even Cintron... and then PBF would be a "real 5 division champ"

It just showed he's not a great fighter. A true great like Duran, even though he was about the same size as Hatton, had no problem moving up from lightweight to welter and beating a legend in Sugar Ray Leonard. Hatton couldn't even handle a fringe contender like Collazo...

really really depends on who you fight.. Cuz floyd fought some hurtin champs.. with some contraversial **** in there too.. (castillo)

but then calzaghe resume bites to when it comes to defenses...

so it depens on who ya fought..

ok im prepared for all the fanboys to b!tch about this post...

i'd say 20 title defenses are way more impressive than 5 titles in 5 different weight classes, the reason it's simply cuz those 5 titles could be simply just 5 fights obviously going-up in weight.....defending your title 20 times ? that's impressive in my eyes

20 title defenses is nothing if you fight guys who are naturally smaller than you and are nowhere near your skill level. Moving up in weight your fighting guys who are physically stronger and are much more powerful.

Who has Calzaghe beaten? Cab drivers and door to door book sellers?

It doesn't matter how many titles you have, its who you fought to get them.
It doesn't matter how many times you defended your title, its who you defended it against. So **** off.

Kosta was washed up and fought Hatton that same month. Cotto had a fight June 11th in 05. Mayweather fought Gatti the same month. Cotto or Hatton is gonna fight 2 people the same month? Margarito sucks and won a vacant belt. Cotto was signed to fight someone else at 147 when Mayweather-Baldomir was made. Williams, and Cintron are not big names. Paul had just fought in August. Mayweather-Baldomir was in November. Cintron also just fought in October in 06. EVERYONE WAS OCCUPIED.

I agree, but this is close. On the poll, I would say even.
