Shane Mosley didn't want to fight Mayweather until Floyd said he was retiring after DLH. Like you said, the fight could have happened in November but right after the second Vargas fight he said he didn't want it...

Maybe Shane didnt want him because he wanted him a bit later on just like hatton did. But once PBF mentioned retiring SHane made it clear he wanted him, so that he dont be a silly boy and retire when there is big money and business to discuss.

now, mosley had two back to back fights with vargas... at 154 ... so he was supposed to lose weight and drain himself to make 147 ??? and then end up like roy jones against tarver ??? **** no... he was smart ... he had to effectively lose the weight ...and thats what he did ... now that he is at 147 , tell floyd to go talk **** to him now ...

Collazo never was the undisputed linear champ of the division, he never was the man, but a titleholder. Baldomir was the man because he beat the man, he earned that in the ring like you supposed too and not by calling out fighters who you know you don't deserve to fight. And I know you not bringing up Hatton and 140 again. For thousandth time, Hatton didn't want it, please read SIN's sig!! Floyd beating Baldomir is not equivalent Roy Jones beating Ruiz. Roy Jones beating Ruiz is equivalent to Hatton beating Collazo...

But for PBF not to let his critiics make excuses about PBF not being good when he retires PBF must beat Hatton because he is an unbeaten elite fighter at 140. He don't need them, they need him. 20 yrs from now they are gonna ask why Cotto or hatton (if they are worth mentioning then) didn't fight Floyd. There arent many fights i really look forward to, Hatton V PBF is one of them. And eithier Mosely and even Cotto V pbf would be good also.
If PBF retires in history it may look like PBF, not ducked but avoided the fights being made. Yes i know Hatton turned down PBF once but he has talked of wanting PBF and has said how he would enjoy beating him. So that tells me PBF has to fight and beat Hatton. PBF has said how bad Hatton is as well, so PBF has to box Hatton.
He cant say the things about Hatton and not back it up.
