Floyd wont win by tko simple because he is a lousy finisher. Whenever he gets sombody hurt he just backs off and keeps pot shoting. He is no Ray Leonard or for that matter De la Hoya. Oscar is a great finisher and knows how to make things look worse than they really are. Floyd can make belive he has power all he wants, but at the end of the day he knows that if he hits DLH hard enough to hurt him, he will break his hands.

I actualy wouldnt be suprised to see Oscar purpously catching Floyds jab with the top of his head in an attempt to make Floyd break his hand. After all, he said he would make it a rough fight. People underestimate how viscious DLH is inside the ropes.
