I agree. Had Ruiz not been going through his divorce, he would have been able to compete with Roy all night baby.

Yeah, but when that type of **** happens, then it's really hard to get back up for another 11 round drubbing. It's a mental thing, Barrera is mentally washed out at the prospect of a rematch with Pacquiao.

i had massive respect for barrera for coming back from that fight and beating morales because i really thought hed just fell uot of love with boxing

a pacquiao re-match would be hard for me to watch because marco would get beat but i fear it would be a drawn out beating

the only type of fighter who can beat beat manny pacquiao today is

a fighter who has a solid chin and either great reflexes or a great D
handspeed similiar to pacquiao's and the power to make pacquiao realise he cant keep lunging aimlessly in without being hurt
JoaN Guzman looks like hes the kid imo who will do it but i have my doubts whether pacquiao will fight him

Joan Guzman is exactly the kind of fighter who could beat Pacquiao, and I think that Pacquiao would fight him. The only question is whether there is enough money to make it lucrative for Pacquiao to take the risk.

I am going with Barrera because he could box and slug it out too.

Barrera is mulit-task fight with many style he could choose.

here is some brief fight about MAB that i watch:

MAB-EM 1: MAB was robbed he was a better slugger than Morales

MAB-EM 2: MAB was gifted Morales was a better boxer with his reach adv. both wanted to box and because of the 1st fight they want to slug it out in the later stage of the fight.

MAB-EM3: EM was washedout he didnt want to fight MAB in a post interview MAB did everything better than Morales

MAB- Pac: Barrera underestimaed pac by going toe-to-toe he didnt move to the side.

so if you look it in another way MAB is a better slugger than EM it wierd that people thing EM is better slugger but EM is better boxer. EM have the want to fight you attidue that people think that he is better slugger that MAB.

i going with MAB boxing abit swrming abit and then slug it out once Marquez is in the ropes

I think this fight will look like MAB vs MoralesII....I see Barrera trying to box and Marquez trying to make it a war....Marquez has kind of been a little bit on the slugger side.He has skills but I think he'll be pressure to make it a war.People have criticize him as being boring to watch(only ppl that admire boxing skills like to watch him).I thinkg that Barrera can beat him 'cuz I don't see Marquez using his skills.

Barrera has a very good chance in beating Pacquiao. I did not see a 100% Barrera when he fought Pac. He wasn't trying to move or get into the fight. Pacquiao came in there with a destruction gameplan and executed perfectly.

Barrera has proved time and time again that he is not easily figured out and doesn't have a weakness per say. It falls either way with him.

You probably thought Morales had his card when they first fought... He proved other wise. Don't ever underestimate Barerra.

You probably thought coke tastes good one day...
You probably though you needed to mow your yard one day.

Its a statement, chill out. It will be okay.

why everyone think Barrera isnt going to fight?

i think it the other way round because Barrera is a better slugger than Marquez and he will use evey single bit of talent he has to win Marquez too.
