Its possible he will be an atg, but its possible Hatton will be an even bigger one than himself when his career is finished.
will Floyd go down as an ATG

People don't seem to want to give Floyd his due now, but they will in a few years when they realize that he accomplished a lot. There isn't another fighter in ANY era that he couldn't be competitive against (same weight of course).
Funny that you HAD to bring Hatton into the conversation. Hatton will NEVER be considered an atg. He's got 40+ fights and less than a handful against good competition.Comment

Im not sure. He has fought alot of good fighters and made most of them look crap. Yet i still feel he needs to fight more. Just because there are opponents out there. If he retires after fighting everyone he could, then he must be an ATG.People don't seem to want to give Floyd his due now, but they will in a few years when they realize that he accomplished a lot. He is one of the best boxers ive ever seen, but surley an ATG needs to fight all the big names before retiring?Comment

I gave PBF credit where its due, would it hurt to give Hatton some. I said it is possible Hatton will be a bigger great when Hattons career is over. By that comment i expect Hatton to acheive more things by the time Hatton calls it a day. If PBF retires after beating DLH that would be a shame for PBF.People don't seem to want to give Floyd his due now, but they will in a few years when they realize that he accomplished a lot. People wont give PBF credit now, because it is a kind way of hinting they need him to box more people and for a few more years while he can still do it.Comment

Hatton is 28 and has one big name on his resume. And even that win is questionable (I've always given him his due for that win). Other than that he's fought nothing but a handful of B-level guys and a LOT of scrubs. He would have to fight about 6 or 7 top guys in a row to go down as an all time great. And in a couple weeks, its not getting off to a good start. When is he going to fight an top fighter who is in his prime?I gave PBF credit where its due, would it hurt to give Hatton some.
