I think mayweather ATG status will really be decied in the next year or two.If he still plans on fighting these top guys like mosely or maybe even winky.If he happnes to get by ODH(which I think he will not)then winky may want the winner and there is know way he could get by him winky is way to strong and he is a amazing boxer.so we shall see

when people say its easier to be an all time great nowadays,i dont agree with that,there are alot of talented fighters out there today,most of them in the 135-160lb range IMO,which,isnt the supreme weight division,and doesnt get as much attention from the general public as the supreme weight,the heavies.

back in ali,robinson,foreman etc.all the all time greats days,EVERYBODY loved boxing,it was like a family thing,even the old dears at the bus stop have a good chin wag about back in the day when ali was fighting frazier,so that tells me its much easier to be recognized in a day where everybody loved boxing.

nowadays,its either hardcore fans who really love the sport,little ***** boys who just love watching people get knocked out (who have recently turned to the ufc anyway) or people supporting fighters from there hometown,to get recognized it is hard today,and i think the fighters who have made it into the mainstream media getting attention from the public,deserve alot of respect.

but...im not saying floyd is better than any of the all time great fighters that ever lived,but with his skill and ring intelligence i think its very likely he could compete with them,so yeh,lets see!

if he beats oscar,i think hes an all time great!
