No hard feelings man, it's just that boxing is a passion for all of us obviously, and sometimes passion can spiral out of control. Never meant to come off as a **** to you or anything, I actually respect you a lot due to a post in which you said you were working with a fighter who had serious power in both hands. Which means you are actually involved in the sport, unlike so many around here.

    Kudos.

Frazier beat serious opposition and had a damn good career and has always been a favorite of mine. Tyson beat a boatload of unknowns, and suddenly he's a mesiah. 6 words : GET THE **** OUT OF HERE!
Considering Ali was coming off a long layoff, rusted away in exile losing his legs, some speed, etc. Yeah, I would say Frazier beat "Ali" at his best.

Prime Tyson: Faster, Stronger, could hit with both hands, hit in combinations, was elusive, had a very good chin...

Frazier can beat Tyson, but I favor Tyson

It helped that Rooney was on Tyson's ass...I remember when Tyson was fustrated and Rooney told him "Stop it, don't say that, JAB, JAB, JAB, You aren't jabbing"...then Tyson goes out in the next round and throws about 20 straight jabs backing him up.

But honestly, how many out there are actually good, especially now.

there was a good interview with Emanuel Steward saying how he has to much on his hands because their aren't that many good trainers out there...in his Gym, he has to do all the work because good help is rare.

Good trainers, like any proffession, are in the minority.

I still like the quote from Bob Arum about Tyson:
"Tyson is only as good as the Program you put in him"

Without the Catskill people, Tyson fell fast...I know it seems a bit wrong, but one of my favorite fights is the Bruno vs Tyson fight because it shows how fast a fighter can decline without proper training.
