I have him on pending... as far as I'm concerned he lost 2 out of his last 3 fights, so I can't have him anywhere near a top ten, maybe not even 20. Green as they come.

2 wins over P4P #1 and draw with the P4P #2, and Taylor is supposed to be Green while had these victories, just wait till he is a experienced improved fighter he will dominate the middleweight/ supermiddleweight division.

Cotto, Margarito, and De La Hoya are there on potential....and that's why their in the bottom 10. I look at the second half of the Top Ten as a "proving grounds" of sorts. If you've got the potential and you're on the cusp, I'll usually give you the benefit of the doubt over ring-worn vets. Speaking of which, that's why DLH is at # 10. I think he's still got something left...that's why he's there; but Paul Williams is on the cusp, itching to get in. All it's gonna take is a good win and a bad performance or non-performance from one of the others. Ricky Hatton was in my top ten until his last fight. He's also right past 10.
