If Sanders fight's Rahman again, Sanders will knock him out this time around. Sanders lost his first fight with Rahman because by the 7th round Sanders was gassed. Had no energy left whatsoever. Up to that point it was an evenly fought battle.

certainly. you don't need to be a top 50 heavyweight all time to unify in this division. you just need to find a way to perform a miracle and win 4 fights in a row. can't remember the last time any heavyweight did that.

Didnt Wlad just win his fourth fight in a row? Or did you mean 4 championship fights?

title fights or fights of significance for that matter. Wlad has 3 in a row and all pretty impressive, which is pretty much the only reason he's ranked #1

Why should Sanders take other fights before facing Klitschko? This is the heavyweight division, there is no rules, so it seems. Look at these Valuev defences for example. A lot of you guys are saying how great Wladimir is, so let him prove it by revenging his loses.

Klitschko's don't avenge losses unless you count vicariously

Arguably, Klitschko is bringing some legitimacy back to the division if he opts to unify, which seems like the direction he's moving in at the moment. If he grants an undeserving opponent such as Sanders a shot then its a huge step back in the wrong direction. IMO, we'lll see partial unification of the heavyweight titles in 2007 of which more fans would like to see rather than a rematch against sanders.
