      Sure sure.

Canelo could do nothing with Floyd but these two would stop him him or kill him.

No. But it happened, so his resume is still gonna take a hit against the likes of other ATGs (Ali, Robinson, Duran, SRL, etc.)

If that were the case, then why have I acknowledged facts in other posts when they were presented to me, like in my responses to travesty? I don't dislike Floyd, just his resume a bit. Although a guy that hits his girlfriend doesn't seem that likable a guy to me either.

But again, as usual, no criticism for Pacquiao. Only for Floyd.

You can't expect to be taken seriously as having objective opinions if you are going to be this biased.
We can critisize pac... It does not change the fact that Mayweather never fought an fellow ATG at prime. I would add, that whether you think he got a judges call against Pac it was not a victory that established he was measurably better than Pac... It was a close decision in a fight where not much from either man was ventured...hence not much was gained.

Mayweather was a great fighter who did not fight a fellow ATG at prime... To his credit he did show some mastery regarding Shane, and Cotto, two very good fighters.

"you guys?" What part of "you guys" am I? Pray tell.

I doubt you even know my opinion of Pacman as I have never, to my knowledge stated it on these boards.

How am I biased if I said before that Pacquiao was at fault as well? I blame both of them, but just feel it's very su****ious that all of a sudden Floyd pulls out this strict drug testing when talks of a Manny Pacquiao fight begin when the only thing Manny was known to take was an anti inflammatory and never brought it up in any earlier fight. It sounded like a way to either avoid or delay the fight to me. And since Floyd signed the contract first, I lean towards the latter, since Manny didn't want the 15 day cutoff initially and Floyd knew that with how opposed to all this testing Manny was at the beginning.

So, in a nutshell, the stricter drug testing with a tougher opponent sounds suspect on Floyd's part and Manny is also to blame for not just signing the contract from the start. That's my view on how this fight went down.

Exactly. Floyd never fought and beat an ATG in their prime. Why can't Floyd fans admit this? And he says we have Floyd Derangement Syndrome. I know fans of his will come back with valid reasons too, but you know what. DMDH. Doesn't Matter, Didn't Happen. And that still means you get ranked lower. If you wanna be at the top tier table of ATGs, that's what you gotta do.

Kinda reminds me of how Roman Reigns character right now in WWE has been talking about being at the head of the table because he's the world champ and he can call himself the best because he beat the best and continues to beat the best. Much like Reigns, Floyd often didn't mind playing the heel (bad guy) during his career. If you can talk fans into paying to see you either by loving or hating you or loving to hate you, then you've done a good job.

Even when you look at the three undefeated fighters Floyd fought in his career you get a glance at his career in it’s entirety. Corrales was drained at 130 and recovering from bronchitis. He was never an elite level fighter to begin with but certainly not the best version of himself. Hatton also not elite level and a smaller guy coming up in weight. Joe Cortez would not allow him to fight on the inside. Canelo was drained to a CW of 152 and still not at his best in terms of experience.

Not only did Floyd wait for Manny, Mosley and Cotto to soften up, he straight up avoided the likes of Freitas, Casamayor, Williams, Wright, Bradley, Margarito, and of course Thurman, Danny and Porter. No way in hell would he ever get in the ring with Aaron Pryor at any weight. I’m not even a fan of Pryor so no dog in that match up.
