Funny you should ask... Kinishes are one of those food items that you don't generally, at least I have not, had a bad one...They are just hard to get.

Reminds me of a story... Peking duck. Really hard to get done right. Your better off not getting it in a place you do not know is known for it. I don't know what possesed me but years back on vacation to Santa Cruz... Santa Cruz is kind of like being a new yorker and going to coney island... but its really fun! They have one of the few single guage railroad systems that still function in the United States... a great ride through the redwoods!

But I digress... So my older son, younger son not born yet... wants to try peking duck, Im thinking, "ok whatever we get how bad can it be?" It wasn't even very expensive.

Out comes this beautifully burnished duck. Smells really good, but humbug that is only half the test. With peking duck the fat has to be removed so the crisp skin and meat are touching. So I am cautiously pessimistic here, don't want to get my hopes up...

They killed it! One of the best Peking ducks I ever had. A most memorable meal! Don't you have meals you will always remember? If your in Jersey there is plenty of really good italian, decent Chinese if you look long and hard enough.

I'm the first to call out Marciano. He's probably the most overrated fighter - traditionally. But thanks to the same medium that brought us Flat-Earthers and Anti-vaccers, Boxing has gotten a complete rewrite. Langford is one of its greatest beneficiaries.

Sullivan, Marciano and Sharkey were all better than Lanngford.

Merit? Seems like merit is the sole avenue Sam has no argument for Rock.

Skills, resume, things like that Sam can hold water and make a case. Merit? Um, one of them is the only undefeated HW champion in gloved history and the other is not even a recognized champion.


Personally I am willing to elevate the Colored, NSC, and IBU titles but until the boxing community agrees those titles are not equal or even close to Marciano's.

Langford was a middleweight/light heavyweight at best and he was knocking out heavyweights past his prime and perhaps half blind. Anyone who feels the need to put down this universally considered ATG and p4p ATG just reveals their shortcomings. Sam should logically never have fought as a heavyweight yet he was the most feared in that division for years.
