      How is this funny?

And people need to stop shytting on Wilder. There's a lot wrong there (REALLY wrong), but he's lethal with his power... to the last.

No one else has come that close to beating Fury, and no one ever could. Probably Wilder gets steamrolled in the rematch, but the version of Fury he fought was still better than any other fighter we've ever seen. No one could have done what he did to Fury.

Wilder's used toilet paper has more talent than Jack Johnson could ever hope for.

It's not that there weren't good fighters in this era. It just takes longer for skills to work their way up, and the population to reach a certain size to expand the talent pool.

But when they turned the corner, DAMN. Dempsey, Loughran and Tunney showed up just a few years later, but the Heavyweight division looked like it moved forward in lightyears.

This footage does make me better appreciate all fighters. They ALL look better, but it makes it clearer the disparity in talent. And washes away generations of unfounded hero worship and fable.

In the very first part when Jack is dressed in the coat and all, he looks surreal, just really large, like he has a barrel under there.

Incredible combo punching, and could do so moving back off the line. A real athletic marvel.
