Yep, sure did. You've presented that evidence already. So why the change in money negotiations as well though? It just seems strange to me. Floyd's defensive skill is what prevented him from being more shopworn, to answer your question. And because Pacquiao usually takes tough fights.

What evidence do you have for this statement? USADA was around testing the U.S. Olympic teams long before VADA ever existed. VADA was only founded in 2011.

The same USADA that caught American hero Lance Armstrong. They had no problem applying the rules to such a beloved figure, why would they let the hated villain Floyd off the hook it he was guilty of something?
