it doesn't matter much, we've had bodybuilders who became professional boxers. huge muscles use a lot of oxygen and get tired out fast, and weight lifters are usually stiff and lack flexibility. you could put a prime lou ferrigno in the ring with prime joe Louis and Louis would knock ferrigno the **** out.

none of todays professionals are really more muscular than joe frazier, Dempsey or Marciano, they just eat at Rotten Ron's and do less roadwork and like new England said they have 15 more lbs of fat around their waist

WOW yes this is the history section......also one has to look at actual real life things....some don't do as much road work b/c they are heavier and taller they swim and do other things to get cardio up.....I think its funny you guys think RUNNING is the all end training regimine when its ANYTHING that gets your stamina up...im pretty sure im more muscular than frazier and hit much harder......lets be real he wasn't a one shot k.o person he was a grinder....he was 190 to 205 in his prime and he didn't dig in as much as his muscles allowed....meaning he couldn't hurt the heavier guys being the size he was.
