To me this showed haglers limitations and it was actually that catalyst that made sugar ray leonard wanna come back and fight hagler....duran actually leaned over to leonard and said you sugar you can beat him
I agree with everything you have said here.. But you will now be "Rubbished" called a fool and an idiot, your knowledge of the sport will, be classed as that of a 5yr old.. You have upset the clowns on this site. You have said things which ruin their agenda.... Yes big old Hagler the 160lb champion. was taking on the old shop worn 135lb champion. Hagler came away with his face bust-up, Duran came away unmarked. Hagler had boasted, how he would KO Duran with ease... Even Hagler's own corner Pat & Goody Petronelli, can be heard screaming to Hagler in the corner after round 13.. "You need to win these last two round BIG".... The Petronelli's can't have thought their man was 7 or 8rds ahead, like those posters on this forum.. My own personal favourite part of the fight was, While awaiting the judges decision, Duran shouted over, "You ain't No Marvelous"..

I agree with Ring Magazine live reporter who scored the fight... What you are doing, is trying to find an angle to knife me. It won't happen rent-boy, Your forgetting i know your history, and your history of boxing is nothing special. In fact it is so limited it is laughable... Let me remind you of one of your howlers: "Tommy Morrison is right up there with the greatest of all time"....
Why don't you cool it with the name calling or just take it to the dome?

You can agree with whoever you want, nobody has an issue with that. The issue is that many others disagree and links were provided for you to prove this point. You seem to think only your opinion (on any subject) matters and if anybody disagrees they don't know anything about this sport in spite of the links provided you supporting those arguments.

take it to the dome?... LOL you ain't got no say on this website you skunk.

I provide links on almost every thread i post in, this one included. I posted up my scorecard of the fight, and no one seemed to have anything to say wrong about it. Why don't you post up your scorecard of the fight?... That way we can then debate, if you have watched it. Or maybe you dont know how to watch a boxing fight and score the rounds?... Your wrong claiming i think only my opinion matters. I am often changing my opinions, after reading comments on here. So c'mon post up your scorecard of the fight, so that it can be scrutinized.

Your links were rebutted as trash as if no one was actually going to read them. When it was challenged you disappeared for a week only to resurface slinging insults again. Don't worry son, when I have the time I will review the fight for you and supply my scorecard. Maybe it's your definition of "razor thin" that you need to look at. Most people would call a razor thin victory or loss either a SD or MD. But hey, I guess it's not like that in your world.

Just to add to this thread from back in the history sections "glory days". Seems everyone was of the same opinion then as they are now.

The WBC & WBA ringside judges had it a razor thin decision. Ring Magazine & Boxing News had it a razor-thin decision.... There is no other publication. We only had 2 governing bodies back then, we only had Ring Magazine & Boxing News.. The other publications of KO Mag & Boxing Illustrated carried very little clout... Those links you have posted are not official scorcards or boxing analysists, they are just members from this forum...

You claim it was "Glory Day's"... Yet you single-handedly, destroyed the forum back in it's Glory Day's.. For you to claim otherwise is folly.

Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than reading on All Boxing Forums, YouTube etc. what i said for years about Lennox Lewis. How boxing fans have came to see just how mediocre he actually was. How he "Ducked every challenge"... You have obviously read it for yourself. Go onto the other main forum, where you once frequented on a daily basis. Post up a topic on how great Lennox was, you will be shot down in flames immediately. Yet you tried everything in your power, to suppress me and others saying so on this forum. You must feel like a right plonker now. I noticed you posted your Top 10 ATG Heavyweights last week, with Lewis having slipped from No3 down to No5 it's only a matter of time to you place him in his rightfull position 10-14th

Right. Because as everyone knows, trainers and cornermen are usually the last guys to be exhorting their fighter to take a round. Heck, that right there makes it pretty su****ious and unusual. Right, Son?

Nope.. They seen the fight the same way as the judges and most knowledgable boxing people did. That it was "Razor-Thin" close going into round 14 with Marvin winning the last 2rds and the victory..

Or do you think they seen the fight like you did, with Hagler at least 5rds ahead and going into the 14th round, they had not a care in the world.

It is no big deal, I did set up this thread, solely to see, "What i am dealing with" in terms of Boxing History. It has turned out just as i surmised it would.

Lmao...you act is if boxing judges are infallible. Fact is they got it wrong just like they did in many other fights in history. Ramirez-Whitaker, Cassamoyer-Santa Cruz ring a bell? But that's not really the issue is it? It's your inability to define "razor thin". By the way, I see you conveniently ignored the last link.

Lol, you keep saying I destroyed a forum, yet you still post here. So do many of the same names who were here. Fact is, before this section had any moderator it was over run by trolls and people like yourself who only wanted a flame war.

As far as my heavyweight list goes, if you have issue with it than bring it up in that thread instead of trying to change the subject of this thread because NOBODY agrees with you. And try working on your reading comprehension, Lewis hasn't moved on my list and I never rated him third. Who's the "plonker" now?

So in other words you just set up this thread to be a troll, not to engage in any kind of civil debate. BRILLIANT!!
