Tyson was going to my pick, but it's been said.
    So has Edwin Valero.

So i'll go with Ike Ibeabuchi.

Several long gaps of inactivity were Ike's biggest problem, IMO.

Don't name more than one name in your post.
I once read about a Philadelphia fighter named Tyrone Everett who was murdered. From what I read he was the real deal and his only loss was a very bogus decision. Robbed against Alfredo Escalera in his one and only shot. I wasn't around when he fought so I can't vouch for this.

Agreed, you could almost see the rust on him as he stepped in the ring for some of his later fights

I'm not going to claim he was the biggest waste, but George Foreman definitely could have done better.

He responded very badly to the loss against Ali, and as he proved in the comeback he wasn't finished yet, imagine what he would have been like if he hadn't had his 10 year layoff?

Really, I just don't see Ron Lyle or Jimmy Young having any success with the Foreman of Rumble in the Jungle.

Max Baer...the man had every physical gift needed a great chin , a big punch and a massive frame...Only he did not have a dedicated mind.
