The talent was there, some of the fights just didnt happen for whatever reason

I would have said Ike Ibeabuchi as he imo looked like being a Great HW, id have taken him over both Klitchko brothers AND Lewis! Too bad he went nuts

      But he's been picked already...

Ayala Jnr and Valero were options too

But for me its out of two fighters - Gerald Mcclellan and Joan Guzman

Mcclellan should have been one of the greats, solid fundamentals, rock hard chin and bonecrushing power, great body puncher to boot! Tragically taken way too early. Its because he was taken and didnt himself waste his talent that i havent put him as my pick. That belongs to Guzman

He had T.A.L.E.N.T and he could **** at those lighter weights, he had a beard and a half and was super quick, he'd have beaten Manny Pacquaio IMHO, he would have but he is a lazy bastard who over ate or under trained and just drifted through his career instead of taking it by the horns and leaving a stamp on his legacy! I mean he could have been the number one Super Bantam, Feather, Super Feather and Lightweight but i dont think he took control of a single division that his career has spanned across. It actually really irritates me

I am NO fanboy of Jones's that's for sure, I just thought I'd be nice to him for a change.

I'd have to say that among the HW's.... that Buster Douglas was a severe disapointment.

Just imagine a 1980-1982 Foreman, early 30s 235 Lbs ish, no flab. With the experience, patience and pacing of 90s Foreman. A very scary prospect!
Better yet, imagine a 1970s Foreman with Joe Frazier's gas tank.

LOL here we go with this mess. Hopkins and Jones weren't even in the same weight class? There wasn't even a high demand for the fight until after Hopkins beat Trinidad because the fights fights wasn't even really competitive. And when ever they talked about a rematch Hopkins demanded a 50/50 split when he didn't have the drawing power to demand that. You people kill me with this crap.
