I seriously doubt Haye would have lasted five rounds with the Qawi that Holyfield beat at Cruiser.

PS. To bolloxkickmeimgay best of the past five years means the best ever :rolleyes9:

      NSB?
'Non-stop boxing' forum. Unfortunately the main forum of this site, for current events.

Don't linger there too long, you'll be driven mad by the fanboys.

Sidenote: Very nice looking wife you got there chubby, I wouldn't touch her with a pole:
Oh, and you might want to read the site's TOS.....taking shots at peoples family and/or spouses is a ban material :cool9:

Oh calm down. Nobody is saying Wlad is the best ever for beating Haye. You don't have to get redicilous. To me it actually has nothing to do with this matchup between Frazier and Wlad, It seems more like you're just avoiding the start of all this. Are you suggesting Haye is "an average Cruiserweight" or not? It's one thing to say that about him as a heavyweight but like I said, he is one of the most accomplished Cruiserweights ever. Just so you know, Cruiserweight class has a very, very weak lineage.

Plus, I hear someone is ban happy on this section if anyone is favoring a Klitschko in any type of scenario.

I was actually parodying the sort of stuff I've heard in NSB with that post.

You've seen some of it first-hand in post 32

My real opinion was on the first page, I just don't feel like arguing on this topic because it INEVITABLY ends up with Frazier being compared to opponents of Wlad, and I'm out of stuff to vomit other than my internal organs...

Too big on top of having a great jab and ability to keep opponents at bay. Frazier had one great win against a slightly past-prime Ali. The other times it was competitive (Manilla), it was because Ali went completely into Rope-A-Dope mode. If anybody thinks that Wlad is just gonna make himself available and stand there and let a 5'11 guy beat him up on the inside, without even holding, you're mistaken.

Wlad has fought a lot more opponent who are closer to Frazier, then Frazier has fought someone close to Wlad's size and skill/style of fighting.

And in case you wanna invoke Brewster/Sanders, that's a period of time where I didn't consider Wlad to be at his peak prime. He had gaps in his style, primarily in wasting too much energy trying to move around like a Lighter-Weight fighter at times. He has since then closed those gaps and perfected his BIG-MAN style of fighting.

Not gonna get into the same kind of engagement on this, like I did on NSB threads. Tired of repeating myself. Plus, I hear someone is ban happy on this section if anyone is favoring a Klitschko in any type of scenario.

                    OVER AND OUT.
                    1) For Ali - Frazier 1:It was also a past prime Frazier vs a past prime Ali. You must know that Frazier was at his best in 68-69. He was blind in one eye mind you.

                    2) All three fights with Ali were competitive. The 2nd Ali won, but it is still close. See the score cards.

                    3) Frazier got beat by two ATG greats. Ali and Foreman...Wlad has got KO'd by has beens and never were's.

                    4) If Wlad faced either who faced and beat Frazier (Ali and Foreman), I dont think many would favour him.

                    5) One last thing Frazier was out of shape and out of his prime when he faced Foreman.

                      I hear that.

In an ideal world we wouldn't have to worry about Frazier being compared to Samuel Peter
