However, even if we are dedicated (some may call it obsessed) and diligent about our nutrition, with proper training and recuperation practices, we still would not be able to add more than 1 pound of muscle in a week. That's right, only one pound a week--and this is assuming you've had a darn good week both inside and outside the gym!

His camp for the Ruiz fight was 6 weeks - the most muscle he could of put on was 6 lbs

His trainer Shilstone admitted to Thomas Hauser that Jones was really only 192 lbs
But as conditioner Mackie Shilstone, who helped Jones prepare for Ruiz, explained, "Roy came to me at 192 pounds with 8.7 percent body fat. All we did was change the composition; bring his body fat down to six percent."

Roy were stronger and faster than SRL, I believe a wide UD for Roy Jones.

I never saw Jones tested (and then prevail) in the kind of way a prime Hagler would test him. Until I see otherwise - Hagler by TKO or points.

                I'd go Hagler.

I don't think Roy would do the same thing Leonard did. Avoid combat for majority of the round, then steal the judges memory by using flurries the last 30 secs.

It'd look great for Roy in the beginning but I think as the fight goes on, Hagler would come out the victor by tko or edging out a decision.

I just don't think RJJ would have the mental strength to keep fighting confidently after realizing Hagler isn't being put away with every shot he could throw, while getting tired from trying to put him away early.

Why try and put him away early? When did Roy ever gas?

I imagine McCallum hates all of the Fab-Four.....none of them would give him a title shot and he's pretty bitter about it. And understandably so.
