LOL, no in fact it didn;t but Obviously the guy was a Darcy nut,..... I DID SAY IT WAS BIASED,,.... and a crappy game,. you just clicked on two fighters and it immediately got a decision,...... it was an eighties game,..... maybe it's parameters were out or something,.... but it did make me curious about Darcy

Are you sure it was Fulton?
Yeah it was Fulton,. a very well known incident,.... And there was all the proof you need,, you just have to take the time, I think you'll then agree how good he was, I've Posted some great film proof of it too,.... unless you think his opponents were rubbish !!!!!

On Ebay, anything can be got, Title Bout is a great game worth the hunt.

Anyway, I just went and dug out the game, and guess what I found?

That's right, the Les Darcy fighter card!

He is rated as an 11 out of 12 (B/S) That means the best fighters are rated 12, Darcy gets an 11, and he is a boxer and a slugger, can do both. His hitting power is respectable, 8 out of a possible 10. His defense is a -4, the best is -6. He has a bunch of other stats, but I have to relearn how to play and what they all mean. Oh, and I can see he has a good chin on his fighter card by his KDR 1, KDR 2, and KOR ratings, all a 1.

On the back of his card it reads: One of the best of the middleweights, never held the crown. The Australian welterweight champ held his own against all the fighters of his day, including Americans. He, like so many others of this time period, laid claim to the middlweight crown, but never held it officially. Darcy came to America to fight during WWI, was hounded and prevented from fighting, being called a slacker because he wasn't in the service. He died of mental breakdown and fever in 1917. He was never stopped in his career in the ring.

Computer version nowhere near as fun or interactive.

                    Not even close.

Yeah, I know.....but it DOES include some stuff that would have been impractical in the board version
