If I were in a position to dispense a contract ,and it came down to two individuals,both of whom were offering equal tenders, both of whom were personally unknown to me, I would give it to the brother Mason,simply because I know he has been examined and his conduct,and back ground found acceptable.

Let me put a case to you I am long retired,but if I were still working and someone asked me,"do you know a good bricklayer,carpenter,carpet fitter whatever?" Then,providing I knew they were honest and capable at their trade, I would have no hesitation in recommending friends for those jobs.
