I've read several accounts of the McVey v Jeannette Paris fight probably more than you.
No two of them agree about how many knockdowns there were ,or who scored them.
What they do agree on is McVey ,at the end was totally blinded.
McVey got a terrible beating from Johnson in their last fight before Johnson finished him in the last round.

In later life Johnson said ,"there never was a tougher baby than Sam Mcvey".
McVey's 20 rds draw with Langford in1911 was a savage bout in which both men took tremendous punishment.
Here is Joe Woodman, Langford's manager describing Langford's face after the fight.
"My Sam looked a mess.He had lumps as big as hens eggs on his head. Then McVey came into the dressing room to say a few words.
When McVey left Sam turned to me and said ", "poor McVey,he certainly took a beating didn't he?"

NB Langford stated most of the damage to his face was done by McVey's jab,the punch YOU SAID he didn't have!

My source is Clay Moyle the acknowledged expert on Langford and author of an acclaimed biography of him.

I find it quite sickening that a POS like yourself who swallowed his prick when I, a then 63 years old man, took you up on your challenge to a fight, should question McVey's courage!
Are you still claiming you aren't banned from ESB?
Do I need to get JT to again confirm it here, as he has once already?
Mr. Double Standard. AKA big time liar and free mason freak. There is a lot more than 25 seconds of that fight. The rest of what you write has nothing to do with my reply. Now get dressed in robes, it's time for your monthly meeting. And don't forget your chants.

There is a 3 minute cleaned up version of the Jeffries v Sharkey fight ,it features continual clinching .The fight is most notable for the conditions the fighters endured during it,owing to the heat from the Krieg lights hanging just over their heads. What is available to view is a 3 minute clinch fest. What I wrote is the truth and you know it.
NB My being a Mason has nothing to do with this thread, but since you continually bring it up.

Your ignorance of Freemasonry is only surpassed by your ignorance of boxing.

Please shut up and stop spreading lies and mis information. They dress in Apron like grab sometimes displaying symbols with white gloves. Perhaps not robes are not every meeting.

For those interested in Ivich's lying ability which he mixes in some facts as if he knows what he's taking about and you don't read on...

Freemason traditions cover a wide range of customs, practices and beliefs but perhaps the most prominent tradition is that of the Masonic regalia. These are the items that are not often seen by the public and are mainly worn during ceremonies, initiations, and rituals. This tradition is both historical and symbolic as it represents which level (or degree as it is referred to) a member is at within the organisation.

              The three degrees are:

              1st Degree – Entered Apprentice
              2nd Degree – Fellowcraft
              3rd Degree – Master Mason

Typical regalia, dependent on the degree and ceremony, includes a Masonic apron. Worn at meetings. The varying designs indicate the level of each member.

I give to charity for man and animal and the amount of which is not controlled by a secret society. Sure they raffle off amount for peanuts and raise money for legitmtate means..most of the time.

The dues for members are the foundation of this cult Pyramid like grave train for those at the top. Your eyes are wide shut!

I'm aware of your intent,my point is everyone seems to say," Alas poor Yorick I knew him well".
When the actual line is," Alas poor Yorick I knew him Horatio." There is being no , "well," in the sentence.
