You almost hit on the secret of boxing there but just as it appeared your size fixation blurred it. If you're better than size means little.

Watch Willard v Dempsey and Baer v Carnera, actually watch them rather than look up the weights and heights and all will become clear.

take a look at your own signature.
for me liston still is better than any1 wladimir faced, including wlad himself.
i have seen enough fights of both to judge that.

Yeah, so? Nowhere do I compare Liston to Peter.

ali beat liston at the age of 22, at the same age wladimir lost against ross purity, who had 14 losses in 35 fights when he knocked out wladimir klitschko.
                  your signature is pure selfownage

And when Sonny Liston was 22 he lost to a cruiser-bum (23-13, 180lbs).

                    And now what?

Not only that you get your facts wrong... but why should it matter that Clay beat Liston when Clay was 23 years old? How in the world does that prove anything when comparing, letsay, Clay to Lennox or Clay to Foreman?

It's typical for CLAYtons to invent nonsense statistics ("KOwins against opponents aged 24 to 28" or similar) to make some cheap point. I tell you what a better statistic would be: How many 200+ opponents did it take to beat Ali.

Hmm, strange: Already the 15th heavyweight (200+) opponent of Clay beat Clay (median weight of opponents until then 210lbs). And Wlad? His 25th opponent (median weight of his opponents until then: 230lbs).

That's a far better comparison than some useless "Let's compare how they fared at age 22"-nonsense.

Please print it out and read it again and again. That way you will always remember how I self-owned myself. It would be great if you could also relay my sig to others, so that they, too, can witness this unbelievable amount "self-owning' facts.

at the time liston fought him he was 18-5, and liston lost by SD + he didnt send his big brother to revenge his loss.
at the time puritty fought wladimir he had 14 losses, and overall purittys career record his 31-20.
yet he still managed to KO a superheavyweight gold medalist, didnt he?
