Charles also beat other fighters who were top 10 ranked in their careers but who weren't in the top 10 at the time Charles beat them.

it was never overlooked or ignored....pacquiao is a 4 division lineal champ, my argument was that if you are going to compare his achievements to Ezzard Charles than you need to be fair to the fighters of the past who had to deal with 1 title in only 8 divisions....we decided to judge upon this criteria which meant if you only count Pacquia's lineal titles in the original 8 divisions than Pacquiao will only be a 2 division champ
