I think Oscar is underrated, honestly. A lot of fans don't realise how good he was and he's far too remembered for the back end of his career.

Duran went 1-4 against Hagler, Hearns and Leonard. But his resume don't get judged off his L's. Why should Oscar's?



Only Pacquiao dominated oscar start to finish. And thats only because he was weight drained going back to 147.

He fought undefeated Oba Carr, Undefeated Ike Quartey, Undefeated Tito Trinidad in a row.

I had him losing to Whitaker (close) but had him beating Quartey (close)

In all honesty, I also think he did beat Trinidad. That was a robbery helped by Oscar getting on his bike in the final rounds.

I thought he did Tito but not a robbery in my view.

I thought he beat Mosley the 2nd time.

I have to rewatch both fights, it's been a long time. As a self-confessed hater, I vividly remember watching Trinidad vs De La Hoya convinced that Tito would do a job on Oscar. At the end I was so disappointed with Trinidad's work that I didn't even rejoice when the judges gave it to him
